Wing Flavors

Garlic Parmesan

This one is a popular pick at wings night for the masses.Something about that garlic butter sprinkled with parmesan cheese does something to people. While I’d rather have a sauce than all that butter, it’s still good. Just not my fave. B-

Buffalo

The classic. The boss of wing sauces. The reason BW3 exists: the Buffalo. This is a flavor that everyone should try once. The kiss of vinegar with heat does a chicken wing perfection. Then, to chase it with a beer or soda? Even better. It’s what wings night is all about. A-

Sweet & Sour

This one needs to stay as a sauce for the Sweet & Sour you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant. It’s too clunky for the fried chicken wing experience. D-

Teriyaki

This flavor is not only amazing as a wing flavor, but it’s delicious on beef jerky, on Ramen, and dunking it into anything. It gives the chicken wing a savory flavor with a tease of sweet that hits the spot. The only downfall is the different types of teriyaki that different wing nights places offer are hit or miss. B+

Lemon Pepper

This is the best explanation of how something so lightly seasoned by something so simple can be perfection. If you over seasoned it, though, it’s a bad time. But, that’s what paper towels are for - not just for wiping your greasy fingers off and your saucy, saucy mouth. This flavor lives on an island all on its own, one of fun and deliciousness. A
